Janae Teter joined Nationwide Insurance in January 2008 an Internal Sales Representative. She currently leads a team of internal and external sales professionals who provide strategic and innovative financial solutions for affiliated and non-affiliated financial producers.

Janae has over 13 years of progressive experience in Leadership and Sales, and her skillset includes Talent Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Organizational Design, Organizational/Leadership Effectiveness, Strategic Sales Consulting, Workforce Planning, Sourcing of Talent, Relationship Management, Compensation and Associate Relations. She is an active member of The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and Nationwide’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. Her community involvement includes volunteering at the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, and other non-profit organizations.

Janae holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from Colorado University and a CBC designation from of The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

Janae lives in Sunbury, Ohio, with her Husband Tyler, son Braylon and daughters, Brianna and Aribella.

Janae also holds the Series 6, 26 and Life, Accident and Health licenses.
