Renee Kinkopf is a curious learner and empathetic problem solver. She earned a BS in Design from the University of Cincinnati and started her career as a designer at a retail design firm. Her time there provided the opportunity to work with a variety of companies, helping them to express their brand within a retail environment. She then took her design skills to Nationwide, where she supported the Enterprise team as a designer for another 5 years. In 2020, she shifted from the role of designer to a role in marketing management for life insurance, focused on direct-to-consumer. Armed with her curiosity and empathy, she dove into her new position by developing and executing campaigns, engaging in cross-team collaboration, and collecting and analyzing performance data. She’s got the brain of a marketing strategist with the heart of a designer.

Renee’s also an Ohio native, and lives on 60 acres in Lockbourne with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys baking, travel, gardening and spending time outdoors.
